Erica K. Amundson is a proud graduate of the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, where she earned degrees in Marine Science and Natural Science. Licensed in real estate since 2017, she now serves O‘ahu and Hawai‘i Island as the Managing Broker of NextHome Coconut Island Realty. Guided by a deep love for Hawai‘i’s land and sea, Erica is passionate about where science meets community—working toward solutions that honor both people and place. Her interests include sustainable development, coastal protection, and the preservation of our ocean, knowing that the health of our environment is inseparable from the well-being of those who call these islands home.
